Teakita has two delivery services;
a) Within Peninsular Malaysia:
We have our own transport facilities and therefore we do provide free delivery for all orders above RM 2000 delivered to addresses within Klang Valley and on all purches above RM 6000 outside Klang Valley. Depending on the location, transport charges between RM 50-100 apply on all purchases below RM 2000 in Klang Valley . And for addresses outside the Klang Valley, on purchases below RM 6000, a deliver fee of between RM 100 to RM 300 applies, also depending on the location. as
Our delivery service includes the unpacking, the assembly and the installation of your furniture.
b) Sabah and Sarawak:
Please contact us directly for transport arrangements to addresses in Sabah and Sarawak.
2. Other Countries:
Deliveries are arranged with UPS at a very competitive price. Delivery status can be checked online at the Order Status page on our website.
When you receive your order:
When you receive your order, check that the number of packages on the delivery slips matches the number that is being delivered to you.
Check the furniture itself to make sure they have not been damaged during transport. If there is a problem such as a discrepancy on the number of furniture items, or damages to the furniture, please mention it on the delivery slip before signing. These small steps will help us solve any problem you may have had with delivery.
Delivery lead times:
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days of payment or at any alternative date convenient to the client. custom made orders are delivered within 8 weeks of the date of confirmation.
Furniture Storage is also available, at no extra cost, for furniture that is to be delivered after long periods of time.
